In 2005 The Cotswold Pudding & Pie Company started supplying hand
finished pork pies and homemade Christmas puddings to local
Cotswold markets. The range has now grown to sell everything from
pork pies to sausage rolls; game pies to fruit pies.
The public face of the company is Myles Salmon. His brother, Daniel,
makes the pies in a modern unit, which has SALSA accreditation –
recognising the high standards they adhere to, and their brother-in-law
produces as much of the pork as possible. The products are sold at
various markets, farm shops and delis.
All ingredients are personally sourced, traceable and wherever possible
free range.
Traditional recipes and quality ingredients create perfect pies.
All pies are made daily to order to clients specific requirements or sold
direct to the customer from various outlets. The Cotswold Pudding &
