| Beef The beef comes from Woodlands Farm in Chedworth. We think you'll agree, that's pretty local. |
| Pork The pork is from Rough Grounds Farm Filkins, Lechlade |
| Lamb Our lamb also comes from Rough Grounds Farm in Lechlade. |
| Poultry The poultry comes from Great Farm in Fairford |
| Game Game is sourced locally and varies depending on the season and what is available. |

| Our beefburgers are made from fresh natural ingredients and our own beef. |
| Our sausages are made on site using fresh ingredients and local meat. Russell loves trying out flavours and to date we have had all sorts of concoctions: pork & caramalised onion, romany pork, pork & apple, gluten free, lamb & rosemary |
| The chicken are free range and hand reared. Fed on organic poultry feed and grain they roam free during the day and are kept safe in small houses at night. |
