All the dairy products we sell are
from our own herd of friesian cows.
Milk "Our milk is simply pasteurised"
When you try our milk you may notice something different; a layer of cream. This
is perfectly natural and is how milk should be. Supermarket milk is homogenised
which breaks up the fat molecules so much that they can't stick together and this is
why our milk has a cream layer and theirs does not.
We do skimmed, semi-skimmed and full-cream milk in 1 and 2 pint bottles.
Cream
Cream is a by product of making skimmed milk. Our cream is lovely and thick
with a yellow colour to it. This proves that it's real cream that has had nothing
added and nothing taken away. Compare it to the pale watery stuff you get from
the supermarket.
Our cream comes in 150ml and 568ml (1 pint) pots.
Yogurts
Our yogurts are made on site from our milk and are live, meaning they contain
lots of friendly bacteria.
Flavours are strawberry, raspberry, black
cherry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, rhubarb,
fruits of the forest, toffee and natural.
All flavours, including natural, are available
in 150ml pots and 1 pint pots.
