| Our Farm Shop is stocked from produce that is sourced as locally as possible. Knowing how difficult it is for farmers to compete with the large supermarket chains we decided to try and do something about it. Everything that we were able to source from the Cotswolds, we have. This helps the area financially, as well as limiting the distance that your food has to travel to reach your table. Butchers From pork chops to duck breasts, home made sausages to legs of lamb, our Butchers counter is bound to inspire you. All our meat is from local farms. In fact, the beef comes from our own farm - you can't get much more local than that! Our butchers work everyday so our butchers counter is always open. Village Store A one stop shop for all your everyday items. We stock everything from washing powder to orange squash; spaghetti to tea bags. Dairy We sell milk, cream, yogurts, eggs, butter and cheeses. The milk, cream and yogurts are all from our own farm. The cheeses are all from farms that are as local as possible and range from Cheddar and Double Gloucester to Brie and Goats Cheese. Fruit & Veg Our fruit and veg stand changes with the seasons. Asparagus in spring, strawberries in the summer, sprouts in the winter. We also have a selection of frozen fruits and vegetables, perfect for stocking up your freezer. Deli Our deli counter is full of home made produce, ranging from Greek salads to couscous and coleslaws, as well as some old favourites like pork pies and olives. We have regular tasting sessions so you can 'try before you buy'. |
