Our homemade Cotswold ice cream

All our ice creams and sorbets are hand made on site using
milk and cream from our farm. Each batch takes about 10
hours to make. The milk needs to be pasteurised and then
the mixture is churned and frozen. It's a slow process, but
we think the end result is definitely worth it!
We are always trying out new flavours, which all the staff are more than happy to
test for us. (Our waist bands are steadily getting tighter!)

We have up to 15 flavours of ice cream and sorbets available for you to try at any

Ice Cream
Dairy, Chocolate, Strawberry, Raspberry, Rich Toffee, Rum & Raisin, Mint Choc
Chip, Irish Cream, Lavender, Lemon Meringue, Mocha Coffee, Pistachio,
Banana, Ginger, Honeycomb.
Sorbets
Pink Grapefruit, Lemon, Apple, Mandarin and Raspberry.
