| Our delicious home made Cotswold ice cream All our ice creams and sorbets are hand made on site using milk and cream from our farm. During the summer months we are making new batches every other night. Each batch takes about 10 hours to make. The milk needs to be pasteurised and then the mixture is churned and frozen. It's a slow process, but we think the end result is definitely worth it! We are always trying out new flavours, which all the staff are more than happy to test for us. (Our waist bands are steadily getting tighter!) We have up to 15 flavours of ice cream and sorbets available for you to try at any one time. These include: All you need to do now is decide how to have it served. In a cone, in a small tub, in a bowl... It can be plain or covered in cream and sauce... A sundae, a knicker-bocker-glory, a banana split... |
