| The Boss Rosanne |
| Rosanne was born on Woodlands Farm in Chedworth and has lived in the village most of her life. She has worked on the farm for many years and jumped at the chance to manage Cotswold Farm Fayre, although now she seems to spend every waking hour down here. Her father is Nigel Finch who owns the farm. |
| Andy has been a butcher for longer than he cares to remember (40 odd years if you ask). He used to run his own butchers shop in Broadway but now prefers an easier life working here and living in Stroud with his wife and 4 children. |

| Nigel Finch's father bought Woodlands Farm in the 1920s here. He is often seen sorting out problems (which seem to be never ending). |
| General Dogs-Bodies Mike & Amy |
| Mike is Rosanne's partner. He works in Swindon but is around at weekends to be general dogs-body and fix things. |
| Amy is Rosanne's eldest. The website and all the leaflets and newsletters are her handiwork. |
| Sophie is Rosanne's youngest daughter and was born on the farm. She is currently at college. |
