Rosanne was born on Woodlands Farm in Chedworth and has lived in the village most of her life. She has worked on the farm for many years and jumped at the chance to manage Cotswold Farm Fayre, although now she seems to spend every waking hour down here. Her father is Nigel Finch who owns the farm.

Nigel Finch's father bought Woodlands Farm in the 1920s here. He is often seen sorting out problems (which seem to be never ending).
|
Mike is Rosanne's partner. He works in engineering, but is around at weekends to be general dogs-body and fix things.

Jamie is our new butcher. He was
born in Papua New Guinea, where
he lived for four years, until his
family moved back to New Zealand
(hence the accent).
He has trained as a chef as well as
a butcher, so is very good at
recommending delicious recipe
ideas.
Amy is Rosanne's daughter and
has recently joined the team full
time to run the farm shop
alongside Jamie.
She is very passionate about local
food and knowing where
everything comes from and is
always around to answer
questions about food origins.
Amy also looks after the website
and designs all the leaflets and
posters for the shop.
In her spare time she is a sports
massage therapist.
Ann has been cooking for many
years and is our head cook. She is
brilliant at cooking with all the
random ingredients we give her
(we hate waste) and loves to help
inspire the others.
Tina has been with us for just over a year now
and in that time has become a firm favourite
with the customers.
She loves creating random dishes (rhubarb
and leek chutney being one of the best) and is
our chief Friday night take-away cook.
She won't thank me for using this photo!
Sally joined our team a few years
ago and loves cooking. She makes
the best lemon drizzle cake!
She is horse mad and when she
isn't working she can be found
out on her horse.

Becky is our newest member of staff and has
been cooking for years having run her own
business in outside catering. She is also horse
mad and spends her spare time out riding.
Terri used to run her own pub so
is used to the stress and strains
of the catering industry. She helps
out in the kitchen and works front
of house and is the main point of
knowledge for all things alcoholic.
